These terms govern your use of matchabeatsclub.com, our events, and any merchandise you purchase from Matcha Beats Club (“MBC,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
Event dates, venues, and line-ups may change. RSVPs are managed through our events partner and do not guarantee entry where capacity is limited. Please follow venue and staff guidance while attending.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed by our payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if an item is unavailable.
We ship within the timeframe noted at checkout. Unworn merchandise in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
The Matcha Beats Club name, logo, artwork, and content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
MBC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, attendance at events, or use of purchased products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
